Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others measure traffic or advertising. This page lists every cookie this website can set and how to control them.

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage analytics, advertising and live chat separately. Your choice is stored for 12 months. Change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off for every visitor until you accept them; the live chat is on unless you switch it off. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google's tags receive your consent status and behave accordingly: until you accept, they set no Google cookies and send only the cookieless pings described below.

California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under the CPRA; use "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer (it opens the same settings) to switch them off.

• eps_consent: remembers your cookie choice. 12 months. Set by us.
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance, _cfuvid: Cloudflare security and bot protection, including the Cloudflare Turnstile check that protects our request forms. Up to 30 minutes to 1 year depending on the cookie. Set by Cloudflare.

Pages can be viewed without any security check. The Turnstile check runs only on the free guide request form and the on-site visit booking form.

• _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors and sessions to report how the site is used. Up to 2 years. Set by Google.

If you have not accepted or have rejected analytics cookies, the Google tag still sends Google cookieless pings (page address, browser details and IP address) so traffic can be estimated without cookies.

Google may process this data on servers outside your country. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

• _gcl_au, _gcl_aw: Google Ads: records that you arrived from one of our ads so we can measure whether it led to a request. 90 days. Set by Google.
• IDE, test_cookie: Google advertising (doubleclick.net): ad measurement and, if you accepted personalisation, relevant ads. Up to 13 months. Set by Google.

If you reject advertising cookies, Google still receives cookieless, aggregated signals under Consent Mode so we can estimate conversions without identifying you.

The live chat in the bottom-right corner is provided by our own live chat system (run by Edward Printer Solutions, hosted by Railway at morr-chat-production.up.railway.app). The live chat loads by default so that you can ask us a question from any page. You can switch it off at any time: choose Reject non-essential in the cookie banner, or untick Live chat under Manage or under "Cookie settings" in the footer. It will then not load again on this browser for as long as your cookie choice is stored (12 months). The chat's browser-storage entries are set when the chat loads. If you switched it off, a click on the chat button in the bottom-right corner switches it on again (that click counts as your permission for live chat).

The live chat sets no cookies. When it loads, it keeps the entries below in your browser's storage for this site, so that it remembers your conversation and the chat window's state on this browser. Every name ends with our chat's site id (sLzp3t6EiZqi8YtX). The chat's visit state (window open or closed, last activity) resets after 30 minutes without activity.

Local storage (kept until you clear the site's data in your browser):

• lcw:sLzp3t6EiZqi8YtX: this browser's chat identity, so your conversation continues on the next page and when you come back. Set by our live chat service.
• lcw-win:…, lcw-seen:…, lcw-act:…: whether the chat window is open or closed in your open tabs, the newest message you have seen, and the time of your last activity (after 30 minutes without activity the window state is forgotten).
• lcw-trl:…: which of the chat's automatic messages this browser has already been shown, so they are not repeated.
• lcw-nt:…, lcw-ver:…: whether the chat may send page details yet, and whether this browser's chat was verified.

Session storage (cleared when you close the tab):

• lcw-open:…, lcw-closed:…: whether the chat window is open, and whether you closed it during this visit (so it does not pop open again by itself).
• lcw-greet:…, lcw-declined:…: whether the chat's greeting was already shown, and whether you declined the chat in its own window.
• lcw-trs:…, lcw-t0:…, lcw-pages:…, lcw-land:…: for the chat's automatic messages during this visit: how many were shown, when the visit started, how many pages you viewed, and the referrer and address of the page you arrived on.

If you switch live chat off, these entries are not set again; entries already stored stay until you clear the site's data in your browser. Our chat service may process chat data on servers outside your country.

The map on our home page is not loaded when the page opens. It loads from Google Maps only after you click "Show map". Google may then set its own cookies (for example to remember preferences and prevent fraud) under its own policies at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. If you never click "Show map", no Google Maps content is loaded and Google Maps sets no cookies through our site. The "Open in Google Maps" link opens Google's own website.

The request and booking forms keep no data in your browser after you submit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies. When you submit a form, your browser sends the details to this website's own server, which stores them in our Google Sheet and sends your confirmation email through our email provider. That request sets no cookies.

The live chat keeps its own local- and session-storage entries (lcw:… and lcw-…) while live chat is switched on; see "Live chat storage" above. Two further entries are kept in your browser's session storage (not cookies). Both are strictly necessary, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you close the tab:

• setup-offer-closed: set to 1 when you close the printer-setup offer or follow one of its links, so the offer is not shown again during this visit. Session storage; strictly necessary; never sent to us; cleared with the tab.
• guide-topic: the printer topic you chose on another page, so the free guide form on the home page can preselect it once and then forget it. Session storage; strictly necessary; never sent to us; cleared with the tab.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each have a "Cookies and site data" section). Blocking Cloudflare's necessary cookies may stop the security check on our forms from working, so you may not be able to send a request.
